Polonyna Yavirnyk from Mykulychyn

The route starts in Mykulychyn and ends on the border of Tatariv and Mykulychyn, near the beginning of the Zhenets area. At the start from Mykulychyn the ascent is quite steep, then it becomes easier. As an option, you can go in the opposite direction from Tatariv — then the beginning is gentler and through forest. Along the way there are several spots for a break, a gazebo with benches, and a hunting lodge. The lodge is locked, but you can rest nearby. The route passes over the summit of Kruhlyi Yavirnyk, 1221 m, then comes out onto Polonyna Yavirnyk. On the polonyna there are places to rest, and you can pitch a tent. It is better to fill up with water along the way. Near the polonyna there are several springs, but one of them may dry up in summer. The spring before reaching the Kruhloiavir polonyna also dries up in dry weather. Please note: the road between the polonyna and Kruhlyi Yavirnyk is in places torn up by jeeps, and after rain it can be unpleasant to walk there.
