Descent from Hoverla despite Hoverla waterfall

An option for descending from the summit of Hoverla (2,061 m) to the Zarosliak tourist base. The route follows the slope to the sources of the Prut and Hoverla waterfall — this is where the waterfall cascade begins. Please note. Part of the route follows an unofficial, unmarked trail. It is better not to use this option in rain, fog, or other difficult weather conditions. The route is best used in summer and dry weather. Below the waterfall, there are flat clearings for a rest stop, and in some places it is possible to pitch a tent. Water can be found near springs and streams; at the end of the route, near Zarosliak, close to the sources of the Prut.
