Mountains Yalovychora through the Mountain Eye and domes on Tomnatyk

A circular route from Verkhniy Yalovets through the Yalovychora Mountains. It runs near the Romanian border, over Yarovytsia peak (1574 m) and Tomnatyk (1565 m), where a former military site with domes is located. There are springs on the ascent to Yarovytsia. After Tomnatyk there is a marked camping spot, and further along the route there is a shepherd's hut. This is a hike of at least 4 days, with overnight stays in a tent. Transport to the start in Verkhniy Yalovets should be planned in advance. In the second part of the route the trail passes Lake Mountain Eye, also known as the Bukovyna Eye. Near the lake there is a rest area, a spring, and a camping spot. On the way back to Verkhniy Yalovets the route passes the Yalovychora waterfall; further on there are also springs and rest areas.
