Pip Ivan Marmarosky from the village of Dilove

Two-day hike in the Marmaros Mountains from Dilove to Pip Ivan Marmarosky, summit elevation 1936 m. Dilove is accessible by train. There are several springs along the way. Closer to the upper part of the route, water can be collected near the source of the stream flowing from Lake Dzerkalne. There are places for breaks and tents before the Lysycha meadow and on the meadow itself. Lysycha has springs, huts and level spots. Please note. The building below Pip Ivan, where hikers often stayed in winter in the past, burned down in January 2022. A permit from the border guards is required for the hike.
