Bystritsa - Syvulya - Igrovets - Osmoloda

A trek from the village of Bystritsa to the village of Osmoloda via the Rushchyna meadow, the Syvulya ridge, Borevka and Igrovets. It is possible to go in the opposite direction, but in this direction the route passes successively through Mala Syvulya (1815 m), Syvulya (1836 m), Igrovets (1804 m) and Vysoka (1803 m). At the beginning of the route, you can visit the Salatruchil waterfall; there are shepherds' huts nearby. The Rushchyna meadow is suitable for the first overnight stay: there are places for tents and springs here, and the ruins of a tourist shelter are also nearby. Further along the route is the Borevka meadow, where you can also set up camp and get water. Pay attention to water before heading onto the ridge. The spring near the hut at Matahiv below Vysoka often dries up in summer, and closer to Osmoloda there is only a weak spring with muddy water. There is a hut with a stove at Matahiv.
